Our delivery is hand-crafted, and made-to-order.
Please allow 2 weeks for production.
Production of all made-to-order pieces will commence as soon as the payment is processed and confirmed by our team.
Any special requests can be left by note on checkout or via email to: louism36@yahoo.co.uk
Ordering and Payments are processed through STRIPE, APPLE PAY and PAYPAL. Orders will be confirmed via email upon successful payment.
SHIPPING:
Shipping Method: Royal mail tracked.
Deliveries to UK within 5-7 business days after completion of order
International deliveries within 7-15 business days after completion of order, certain countries may require a higher fee and this will be discussed via email after purchase.

TAXES AND DUTIES:
Deliveries outside of the UK are subject to local import taxes and duties. You are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged by your destination country in addition to the item price and shipping charges.
If any import charges and duties apply to your order, the shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Please note that this may delay the delivery time as payment of necessary charges to the local authorities for releasing goods is the responsibility of the shipment’s receiver. It is important to provide a swift response to the shipping company about the customs payment. In the case that the customs payment is not made on time, the pieces will be returned to Mayhew and this will incur additional costs for repeated shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us to resolve the issue including proof of any damage, such as photographic evidence. Any defective or damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items containing upcycled components are not liable for damages and are sold as seen, no returns will be accepted for said items.
FAULTY ITEMS:
Our team checks each piece before it is shipped, and we follow a very rigorous quality assurance procedure.
We advise to carefully check your pieces upon their arrival. Should you receive a faulty or damaged piece, please do not remove any labels or attempt to fix it. Please email us at louism36@yahoo.co.uk stating your order number and the nature of the fault, and where possible, please accompany with photos highlighting the damage.

To ensure the longevity of your sample, we recommend cold wash, spot cleaning and hang drying. If in doubt, please check with your local dry cleaner.
